Cancellation, Return and Refund

What is your refund policy (this policy does not limit your statutory rights which are outlined in Digital River’s Terms of Sale)?

You can return goods receiving without stating reasons by sending back the goods within 14 days after you receive the goods.

Items should be returned in as-new condition, disassembled, with the packing slip, all warranty card, manual and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.

How do I request a refund (this policy does not limit your statutory rights which are outlined in Digital River’s Terms of Sale)?

To return the product, please follow below steps:

Step 1: Request a return

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained directly from our website by clicking here. You will be asked to login using your email address and password used to create your BenQ Online Store Account. Select "Order Status", followed by "Return Item" from the action options for that order. Step-by-Step Instructions will guide you through the process. To avoid processing delays, please follow the directions provided for returning a product online. Generally a RMA number will be issued to you immediately online.

If you return physical goods, you will receive another mail about the return-to address within 24 hours.

Step 2: Write your RMA number on your return

Once you receive the RMA no. and the return-to address, you can prepare to ship the purchased item.

Step 3: Ship the product back to us

The shipping cost of the return shipment should be borne by the customer. In order to avoid the item lost or damaged in transit, we suggest you to ship the product to us via parcel service. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit or without a Proof of Delivery signature.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit with full amount of the items will be issued to the payment method.

What is your Refusal Policy?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to BenQ’s Online Store and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for a credit to be issued

It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

If you choose wire transfer as the payment method, and have not yet sent your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

The refund credit will appear on your account within 10 working days after we receive the returned goods.
