Products that are currently in stock typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days after your payment has been verified. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays.
BenQ will do everything to get your order delivered in a timely manner. If the item is listed as out of stock and the product has been discontinued, in that case we will notify the customer about this by email and cancel your order as soon as possible.
Once the product is available, we will ship your order per your instructions. If you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged until the item is shipped. We will send you another email when the item ships.
